A couple of notes and things. First, I’m continuing to refine my inking methods. If you like what you see go over to the Contact page on the main site and drop me a line saying so! Tonight’s update will be up in a few hours. Tonight’s update is up. I’m happier with the linework than I have been for any previously. I think things are getting solved. Now I just need to get my backgrounds and tones and inking techniques dealt with….argh.

Second, we’ll be attending not one, but two Saint Louis area conventions in October. Josh already mentioned one, but I’m posting this note regarding both, just for completeness’ sake. The first is Archon 32, in Collinsville, Illinois about 20 minutes east of the Mississippi River and Saint Louis. Archon 32 is October 3-5, 2008, and we’ll be at our own artist alley table, where I’ll probably be doing sketches and visiting people for the duration of the convention. The second is Monstrous Weekend 2008, which will be held October 24-26, 2008 at the Airport Mariott in Saint Louis. I’ll be at the table drawing monsters and the like for the weekend, I suspect - I do a lot of that in my sketchbooks, so I might as well drag that body of work out into the light, as it were.
